Global Visa Solutions Specialist

Delivering successful immigration outcomes requires a deep understanding of the complexities involved. As an Immigration Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in securing positive results for our clients, providing expert advice and assistance with visa options and eligibility.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, preparing and lodging various types of visa applications, and representing clients in visa-related interviews and appeals.
">- A law degree and admittance to practice within Victoria with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience (at least 3 years) as an Immigration Lawyer with Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Court experience, ideally working with Employer Sponsored Visas.
- Experience with Administrative Appeals Tribunal cases and Federal Circuit Court is essential.
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
