Job Summary

  • The Agile Coach is a critical role in the implementation and adoption of agile ways of working across various sectors.
  • You will influence engagement, processes, and practices to bring agile culture and values to life, driving patient and clinician-focused outcomes.
  • As an Agile Coach, you will coach, facilitate, and enable change to value-stream delivery of strategic and operational agile projects to meet organisational objectives within hybrid frameworks.
  • You seek to take an active role in an agile coaching team that understands traditional models of organisations are constraints, building and strengthening communities of continuous learning and improvement.
  • You're looking for hands-on individuals who value progress over perfection, with the ability to work in ambiguous environments and solve problems effectively.
  • Your mindset and approach to uncertainty and complexity will be collaborative, customer-experience centred, with a willingness to experiment and bring challenger thinking.

About You

  • We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with experience in coaching teams at varying levels of Agile to successful capability uplift in large organisations.
  • Proven experience in coaching and educating Agile practices at team, portfolio, and executive levels, with differing levels of organisational maturity.
