Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in employee relations? We have a fantastic role available for a skilled HR Coordinator

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and collaborative position working within our Employee Relations team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for ER enquiries through all communication channels. You will also provide support in executing employee documentation and employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with centres on outstanding compliance tasks
  • Assist with generating employment contracts and letters
  • Provide timely guidance on internal policies and processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and facilitate employment changes through our HRIS – UKG Dimensions
  • Work with high volume, sensitive data in a timely and professional manner
About You
  • Solution-focused with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
