Business Intelligence Analyst

We're seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.

The Purpose of Your Role:

You will develop and maintain a robust business intelligence framework, delivering market demand insights and competitor benchmarking analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that directly impact revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence framework, analysing positioning, pricing, and product to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver market demand insights by understanding population demographics, consumer needs, and purchase drivers.
  • Maintain and evolve analytics tools and dashboards to optimise marketing investment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years in business intelligence, market research, or commercial analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong data and financial modelling skills, with experience in ABS statistics and demographic modelling.
  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and digital media marketing.
