Job Summary

Healthdirect Australia is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality and Audit Officer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of quality systems, processes, and reporting to ensure the safe and effective operation of our telehealth and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake call audits and quality improvement tasks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of our services.
  • Contribute to the development of quality systems, processes, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Quality and Audit Lead to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure consistent and timely information is provided to stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate, and analyze risks inherent to the operations of our services and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
  • Experience in telehealth with a strong focus on excellent customer service and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous quality improvement processes and implementation in health and/or contact centres.
  • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in MS Office applications and SharePoint.
