Small Business Banking Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join NAB's dynamic Small Business team as a Small Business Banker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our small business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide holistic support to customers, including residential and commercial lending, cash flow solutions, and other strategic, transactional, and servicing needs.
- Conduct credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses or increased limits, up to your delegated commitment authority.
- Manage lending and product requests for small business customers, with a focus on long-term pipeline growth and customer retention.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business opportunities, providing expertise and insights to support business growth and innovation.
- Experience in an in/outbound sales contact centre or traditional distributed business model, with a focus on solutions and relationship management for customers.
- Delegated lending authority, with the ability to hit the ground running on day one in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline, highly regarded.
