Small Business Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Small Business Banker to join our dynamic team at NAB. As a Small Business Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our small business customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with small business customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements.
- Work closely with customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, providing expert advice and guidance on financial products and services.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure that customers are provided with the most suitable financial solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in financial services and small business banking. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
A tertiary qualification in a business-related field would be highly regarded, and you will need to have a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data.
