Workforce Planning Strategist

As a Workforce Planning Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business strategy and informing workforce decisions. Your expertise in analyzing large data sets will help identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform organizational planning and drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in workforce planning, creating supply and demand models, and working with analytics tools. You will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning analytical models and algorithms, designing experiments to test hypotheses, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning analytical models and algorithms.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
  • Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on driving workforce strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience in workforce planning, creating supply and demand models, and working with analytics tools.
  • Presentation skills to convey complex concepts and relationships to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day tasks and projects with high autonomy.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience in statistics, mathematics, or related disciplines.
