Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) professional to join our Operations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure across HSEQ topics, providing leadership, direction, and expert support across our operational sites.

You will champion a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing practical HSEQ guidance, coordination, and support across the business
  • Driving implementation and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management Systems
  • Leading HSEQ improvement projects and risk management activities on-site
  • Facilitating incident reporting, investigation, and resolution
  • Maintaining accurate safety, environment, and quality documentation and registers
  • Supporting QA/QC improvements and audit follow-ups
  • Coaching teams on process improvements and system compliance
  • Conducting contractor and visitor inductions
