Job Title: Food Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Safety Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food safety and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of effective quality and food safety systems.
  • Develop and maintain food safety policies, procedures, and protocols to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular environmental swabbing and testing according to schedule.
  • Investigate customer complaints and report findings accurately.
  • Log and describe non-conformances, communicate with internal stakeholders, and take necessary actions.
  • Conduct monthly glass and hard plastic trending analysis.
  • Solve technical day-to-day problems and provide solutions.
  • Support operational departments and contribute to projects as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A relevant science-based degree (e.g., B.Tech Food Technology, BSc Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology).
  • Minimum 0-1 year of industry experience.
  • Prior knowledge of HACCP and GMPs.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
