We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Support Officer to join our team in Sydney. This role plays a vital part in supporting the sustainment of capability for various defence contracts. You will be coordinating logistics and inventory activities, managing asset data within Defence ERP systems, and assisting with procurement and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inventory, asset data, and configuration records across Defence ERP systems
  • Supporting procurement, spares forecasting, and sustainment planning activities
  • Contributing to the delivery of documentation, reporting, and audits
  • Liaising with Defence representatives on logistics matters when required
  • Assisting with contract administration and transactional finance tasks
Qualifications
  • Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent Defence experience
  • Hands-on experience with Defence ERP systems such as MILIS, IFS, or SAP
  • Strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes in a technical environment
  • Ability to interpret, maintain, and update logistics and sustainment documentation accurately
  • Australian Citizenship with eligibility for clearance
