The Defence and National Security (D&NS) team provides a variety of services to the Defence Maritime Industry. We partner with clients to implement sustainable, pragmatic, and tangible solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage Defence maritime projects.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Understand and translate client operational requirements into project deliverables.
  4. Provide sound advice and solutions to dynamic and complex issues.
  5. Ensure compliance with Defence writing standards and documentation requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A commitment to solving problems for clients.
  • Thrive on challenges and be team-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to apply proactive and critical thinking whilst on task.
  • Previous project experience within the Defence environment, with an understanding of operational maritime requirements.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or project management, with the ability to gain appropriate industry accreditation.
  • Current Australian Government security clearance at NV1 level or higher and be eligible to access information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
