Job Description

As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium enterprise customers.

This role requires proactively managing accounts to create and enhance relationships with current customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in phone-based sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include phone-based sales to existing COS customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, gaining a deep understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in phone-based sales, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Background in customer service or telemarketing also beneficial.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs/targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
