Job Description
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium enterprise customers.
This role requires proactively managing accounts to create and enhance relationships with current customers.
The successful candidate will have experience in phone-based sales, particularly in B2B environments, and will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Key responsibilities include phone-based sales to existing COS customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, gaining a deep understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience in phone-based sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- Background in customer service or telemarketing also beneficial.
- Previous experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs/targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
