We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide executive-level support to our team in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative abilities, with a focus on inbox and diary management, travel coordination, and expense tracking.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, appointments, and conference calls
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through an automated system
  • Order supplies and process invoices via our procurement platform
  • Process and follow up on virtual requests
  • Support ad-hoc projects and events as needed
