We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Equity Capital Markets team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a critical role in facilitating equity capital formation for our clients by originating, structuring, and executing equity capital market transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive company and industry research and trading analysis to inform strategic decisions.">
  • Develop and prepare presentation materials and other content to address client strategy and equity capital market needs.">
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to manage and execute several projects simultaneously.">

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years' relevant work experience within ECM, corporate advisory, markets, or a related area. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with strong corporate finance, analytical, business communications skills, and exceptional multi-tasking and time management ability.
