Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Capital Markets Associate to join our team.

About the Position

The role will involve working with senior bankers, industry partners, and global syndicate teams to originate and execute capital markets products across multiple currencies.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about debt capital markets and have a solid understanding of financial markets and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the origination and execution of debt capital markets deals across major funding markets.
  • Deal team member contributing to day-to-day client coverage as well as assisting in the execution of transactions.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing presentations.
  • Due diligence of clients and markets.
  • Deal documentation and internal approvals.
  • Handling day-to-day client queries on all execution-related matters.
  • Attend client meetings including execution and pitches.
Requirements
  • At least three years of debt capital market experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets and commercial acumen are critical.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
