Capital Markets Relationship Manager

Recruitment Specialist across Investment, Funds Management and Direct Property.

This newly created role sits directly under a senior leader with deep industry experience, working closely with an exceptional executive team and investment committee boasting backgrounds from leading global investment firms and fund managers.

Your primary focus will be building relationships with property developers and commercial finance brokers—organising meetings to present the firm's funding capabilities, including senior debt, mezzanine finance and equity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with contacts in the CRM, many of whom already know the firm and its reputation.
  • Arrange and attend (or prepare for) meetings with the senior team to explore financing or equity opportunities.
  • Represent the firm's multiple funds, all with committed capital ready for strategic deployment.
  • Build strong market relationships and identify opportunities that align with investment strategies.
