Role Overview

As a key team member, you will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering great service, exceeding guest expectations, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead the kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality standards are met and revenue goals are achieved.
  • Manage day-to-day kitchen activities, plan work assignments, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
Key Responsibilities

We seek enthusiastic and professional team players who:

  • Have completed a degree or certificate in culinary arts and at least 2 years of experience as a chef, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
  • Hold up-to-date food safety certification.
