Job Title: Compliance ManagerRole Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to provide expert support, advice, and sign-off for our wealth distribution team. This role requires someone who can think critically, thrive in a dynamic environment, and consistently add value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Bank Wealth Distribution and Analytics teams by providing proactive compliance advice and guidance.
  • Review and sign-off materials (customer-facing and advisor-facing) adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform compliance assessments to identify risks and develop incident management frameworks.
  • Promote a rigorous approach to the Digital & Marketing Compliance Framework.
  • Run workshops and training sessions to share best practices with the Business and Risk & Compliance teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of recent compliance experience in Financial Services (preferably in Wealth Management).
  • Degree qualification in Business, Finance, or Legal.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations underpinning a Financial Advice business.
