Compliance Manager, Wealth Distribution

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our team. As a key member of the Consumer Wealth Distribution group, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations align with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive and reliable compliance advice on advertising and distributing consumer wealth products
  • Signing off periodic and ad hoc materials (customer & advisor facing) adhering to APRA, ASIC and OAIC guidelines
  • Performing compliance assessments to identify immediate and emerging risks and develop a framework for incident management and ongoing monitoring
  • Promoting a rigorous, forward-thinking approach to the Group's Digital & Marketing Compliance Framework in line with regulatory changes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5 years of recent compliance, risk assurance or legal experience in Financial Services (preferably in Wealth Management)
  • Degree qualified in Business, Finance, or Legal
  • Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills
