Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance and integrity of our wealth products and services.

This role is responsible for monitoring and implementing control measures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess regulatory change impacts and implement necessary updates
  • Test and review compliance obligations to prevent non-compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance
  • Prepare and submit regulatory responses and notifications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and support on compliance matters
  • Review and update disclaimers, marketing materials, and regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as law or business
  • Strong knowledge and experience in compliance within banking and financial services
  • Familiarity with wealth products, including regulations and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
