We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team.
About the Job:
- This role involves supporting individuals with speech and communication disorders through assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- You will utilize your advanced fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients and families.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve client goals by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document progress and provide detailed reports using analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology or Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology degree.
- Post-graduation qualifications are an added advantage.
- IELTS score of 8.0 or above (mandatory for consideration).
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in speech therapy (fresher applications may be considered with an IELTS score of 8.0 or higher).
