Enterprise Voice Technology Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to take on a key role in our Voice Technology Services group.
- We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience supporting enterprise voice technologies, particularly Genesys PureEngage and VoIP platforms.
- The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams 365, Lync / Skype for Business, and PBX systems, as well as a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including QoS and switching technologies.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in this field is required, along with a solid grasp of ITIL Service Management practices and a proven ability to drive process improvements and governance adherence.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and management of enterprise voice technologies, providing both business-as-usual (BAU) support and subject matter expertise (SME) across a range of projects and initiatives.
