Empathetic Veterinary Care Professional

Key to a seamless experience for our clients is the role of a Veterinary Nurse with exceptional patient care skills and effective client communication.
Primary Responsibilities:- Patient Admissions: Meet cases, discuss upcoming procedures with clients and patients upon arrival, ensuring preparations are completed smoothly according to standard operating procedures.
- Discharge Support: Guide clients through patient care plans during discharge, including medication instructions, rehabilitation techniques and aftercare details, addressing questions to ensure confidence managing care at home.
- Client Communication: Act as a compassionate point of contact, keeping clients informed on patient treatments and progress, responding to questions about pet care while in hospital.
The ideal candidate will coordinate the flow of patients into and out of the hospital from all disciplines. A dynamic individual with high attention to detail and empathetic approach to patient care is required.
