About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our finance systems team at ENGIE Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance community in optimizing technology applications and finance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial systems and ensure the integrity of data and reporting
  • Optimize systems and investigate and resolve issues
  • Analyze all daily, weekly, and monthly financial processing and provide systems support and administration responsibilities in delivering an effective suite of Finance systems
  • Maintain master data and chart of accounts as well as user profiles
  • Core systems include SUN and Workday Adaptive
Requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and customer focus
  • Background in Finance with experience in Finance systems support/administration, projects coordination or system testing
  • CA or CPA qualification is advantageous
  • Adaptive to change and able to influence outcomes
  • Knowledge of chart of accounts
  • Strong knowledge of financial/business processes i.e. Procure to Pay, Record to Report etc.
  • Exposure to SUN is advantageous
  • Genuine enthusiasm for systems and process optimisation
