Job Description:

The Learning and Development Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance through the design, delivery and implementation of effective learning and development initiatives.

\

This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate engage with executive teams, frontline staff and stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to develop and implement strategic learning and development plans.

\

Key responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs, coaching and mentoring senior leaders, developing and implementing capability frameworks, and identifying and addressing talent development opportunities.

\

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that the organisation's learning and development needs are met.

\

Requirements:

\

To be successful in this role, you will require:

\
  • \
  • degree qualification in Adult Education or a related field\
  • at least 5 years' experience in an L&OD function, with a proven track record in designing, delivering and implementing learning and development initiatives\
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders\
  • ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills\
  • passion for lifelong learning and commitment to ongoing professional development\
  • experience with adult learning principles and contemporary learning modes\
  • ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively\
  • highly developed planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously\
  • experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present data insights to inform business decisions\
  • ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of organisational strategy\
  • strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems\
  • experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum\
  • ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, with the ability to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect\
  • valid Australian work visa (if applicable)\
  • current driver's licence (if applicable)\
