About the Role
Capability Development Lead
We are seeking a senior professional to lead our learning strategy and drive workforce development.
Develop and implement impactful capability programs aligned to adult learning principles and grounded in the 70:20:10 model.
Design, source, and deliver bespoke and blended learning solutions for various skill levels and needs.
Drive mandatory training initiatives that ensure compliance, safety, and future-readiness.
Equip leaders with on-the-job coaching skills and foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
Facilitate high-impact learning events, coach frontline leaders, and champion a learning culture across the organization.
Oversee and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data-driven insights, compliance tracking, and smart reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to keep capability calendars, content libraries, and programs relevant, engaging, and effective.
About You
A deep understanding of adult learning principles, learning design, and capability frameworks.
A proven track record in facilitating engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person.
Experience in coaching managers, driving learning initiatives, and influencing organizational change.
