Senior Learning and Development Specialist

This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining a high standard, high-performing, highly engaged, and strong learning community across all areas of corporate workplace learning and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise and credibility in leading, consulting, and advising on a diverse range of learning and professional development, within commercial, top-tier, and corporate workplaces;
They will have experience with sophisticated learning programs, such as leadership development, organisational cultural change, etc. and a proven track record of advising, challenging, and influencing across all levels, including senior executives in an organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop strategic learning and professional development solutions
- Manage external vendors and oversee the design, delivery, and operational training
- Provide advice, troubleshooting, and consulting on all L&D matters directly with the business
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have a degree qualification and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
