Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal recruiting team.

This role will contribute to the planning and execution of the annual talent acquisition strategy to drive growth.

The Talent Coordinators in our team take responsibility for recruiting entry-level and junior-level roles, helping manage technology, tools, and processes that enable us to deliver our strategy efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for junior roles.
  • Assist the TA team with talent sourcing as requested.
  • Assist the TA team with applicant screening as requested.
  • Assist the TA team with preparing job advertisements as requested.
  • Closely collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
