Job Description

We are seeking a strategic recruitment professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and delivers value through stakeholder management, project leadership, and high-volume portfolio management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational talent acquisition advice and support as a trusted business partner. They will manage relationships with hiring managers, set clear expectations and deadlines throughout the recruiting process, and drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practices.

This role offers exposure to executive-level partnerships and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic and operational talent acquisition advice and support to hiring managers
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, setting clear expectations and deadlines throughout the recruiting process
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practices
  • Design, recommend, and execute strategic sourcing campaigns, including market mapping, targeted search, and employer brand campaigns
  • Provide regular talent acquisition reporting, insights, and market updates
  • Support the implementation of our Culture and Capability Plan and human resources strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
