Job Overview

This role provides expert technical support to customers and internal stakeholders for products.

The position will work closely with the national support team and service team to deliver exceptional customer service, provide guidance, and facilitate feedback for product development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist with off-site repairs and participate in after-hours product support rosters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings.
  • Conduct site visits and provide operator familiarisation, technical support, and feedback for product development.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A trade qualification in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience with products and demonstrated knowledge.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to fault-find.
  • Experience with operation and rigging.
  • CN or higher crane ticket and intermediate rigging tickets.
  • An excellent customer focus and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
