As a Service Desk Specialist, you will provide remote support to clients with various environments, escalating issues and serving as a subject matter expert. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments will be valuable assets to our team.
Delivering fast support using automation and AI tools is crucial in this role. Occasionally, you may be required to work onsite or participate in project teams to deploy solutions for clients.
Responsibilities- Provide remote service desk support to diverse environments, from 10 to 500 users, as a point of escalation and SME.
- Support a combination of servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.
- Deliver the support of Azure Intra, Hyper-V, and Citrix cloud infrastructure.
- Perform a wide variety of support across many technologies, utilizing automations and AI to deliver fast support to clients.
- Occasionally work onsite and participate in project teams to deploy solutions for customers.
You must have advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory. Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange is also essential.
Additionally, you should possess genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking.
- Understand ticketing systems and customer service principles.
- Have great communication skills coupled with a genuine desire to understand customers and help them.
