We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team.

This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support, working closely with our technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle user access, updates, upgrades, and configuration changes
  • Provide level 1 help desk support
  • Leverage ServiceNow platform expertise
  • Utilize templates, guides, and documents to complete tasks efficiently
  • Support onboarding and setting up new platforms

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of business experience or service/operational processing
  • Strong computer skills
  • BASIC software knowledge

Differentiators:

  • Experience using Google Suite or knowledge of trade credit (not essential)
  • Completed internships, volunteer work, or personal projects
  • Entrepreneurial or research projects
