Senior Consultant Loyalty

We are seeking a Senior Consultant Loyalty to join our Personal Everyday Banking team, who will bring their Customer Obsession and Loyalty experience to this exciting new opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive simplification and velocity in delivery through disciplined execution focus.
  • You'll join a high-performing team, backing talented individuals.
  • Support the delivery of a market leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers, deposits & Bank of Choice.
  • Deliver on the strategic roadmap and evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies.
  • Develop pricing, commercial modelling, customer value and differentiating features and rewards.
  • Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability and technical feasibility.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy and execution.
  • Financial modelling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working.
  • Experience with effectively engaging and influencing a wide array of senior stakeholders, a high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies.
