**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Expert. As the face of our organization, you will provide exceptional service to our valued members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of our extensive products
- Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for our members
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Proficient with the use of computers
- A passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to build rapport with members and teammates
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
**Benefits:**
- Full-time training program from September 22nd-October 15th
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends
