Make a tangible difference in workplace health and safety as a key member of our team.

We seek an experienced and proactive Health & Injury Prevention Coordinator to oversee the administration of all pre-employment medical screenings and contribute to the ongoing development, standardisation, and monitoring of WHS processes in collaboration with our global HSE team.

This role involves developing and implementing early intervention strategies to reduce injury-related absences, coordinating and liaising with leaders to ensure timely and appropriate injury management procedures are in place, and acting as the key liaison between the company, injured employees, insurers, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualised Return to Work (RTW) Plans tailored to employees' medical conditions and role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, including injury reports and RTW documentation.
  • Review and assess all pre-employment medical results prior to site access.
  • Support the global HSE team in enhancing and standardising WHS processes, documents, and reporting across WA operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with current workers' compensation legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in injury management or return to work coordination is required.
  • A strong background in case management and workers' compensation is necessary.
  • Industry experience in mining, construction, or civil environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with integrated management systems such as ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 is also desirable.
