Safety and Health CoordinatorWe are seeking professionals with experience in catering, food safety, hotel services, maintenance, and general safety.
- Work towards site, team, and individual performance targets.
- Support a culture committed to HSEQ programs.
- Undertake site inductions and support new staff members.
- Monitor the implementation of operational policies and programs.
- Conduct incident investigations and reporting.
- Consult with management and advise on HSEQ matters.
- Ensure effective communication of HSEQ information across the site.
You will be confident leading teams and individuals, conducting meetings, pre-starts, and training. You must also work respectfully with multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has:
- Cert IV in WHS
- Cert IV Training & Assessing (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum two years of experience in health and safety or similar fields
