Job Opportunity: End-to-End WHS Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the coordination and implementation of health and safety programs. You will provide advice and assistance on all safety matters to all workers, focusing on strong preventative activities and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement health and safety programs;
  • Advise and assist on safety matters to all workers;
  • Develop and maintain a training and development structure and system;
  • Work with managers and supervisors to ensure workers receive the training required to carry out tasks effectively and safely;
  • Contribute to various projects and participate in the development and further improvement of the WHS Management System.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ensure a minimum Cert IV qualification in WHS is held;
  • Significant experience in WHS Coordination;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective WHS strategies;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
