We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsperson to join our team at Burbank. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Drafting: Produce accurate and detailed drawings and designs for various projects, including sales kits, town planning documentation, site plans, working drawings, and construction details.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including developers, sales agents, designers, and engineers, to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, implementing new techniques and technologies to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in domestic medium-density construction drafting, with a strong background in AUTOCAD, ARCHICAD, BCA, and planning.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualified in a building or engineering field.
- Skills: Proven knowledge of domestic construction methods, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ability to understand and interpret technical aspects of design and construction.
