Product Development Role Overview
Metricon Homes, a leading multi-award-winning new home builder, is seeking an outstanding Display Draftsperson to join our busy National Product Development team.
About the Role
This highly rewarding role will see you playing an integral part in creating drafting documentation for our Metricon display homes from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce drawings using Revit and AutoCAD to support the stages of the workflow process and reflect customer requirements.
- Respond to critical customer needs and communicate variations and site minutes to rectify on-site issues.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the workflow information system and company procedures associated with software usage.
- Ensure all display architectural documentation is completed as per design intent and within allowed timeframes.

Requirements
- Diploma in Building Design, Drafting, or Construction or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the residential volume home building industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and keep up to date with technological changes.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful applicant.
