Aged Care Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an Aged Care Support Specialist, you will provide person-centred care to residents in a variety of settings. Your primary focus will be on supporting the physical and emotional needs of older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and toileting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
