Job Description

This part-time Personal Carer role involves providing high-quality support services to residents in a residential aged care home. You will work under the direction of Enrolled & Registered Nurses to deliver person-centred care that meets individual needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as other support services depending on the resident's needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Medication Assist Competency (desirable)
  • Understanding of Aged Care and Residents' rights and responsibilities
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and have a friendly approachable manner
