Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld at all times
  • Support residents' emotional and social well-being through active listening and empathetic communication
  • Maintain accurate and thorough care documentation to inform effective resident care
  • Collaborate with clinical and lifestyle teams to create a holistic experience for residents
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Possess a current National Police Check
  • Demonstrate a caring and respectful approach towards residents
  • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Display a positive and enthusiastic attitude
