Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will: Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility Support residents' emotional and social needs Maintain accurate care documentation Collaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiencesWhat We're Looking For Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support (or equivalent) A current National Police Check A caring and respectful approach towards residents Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive and enthusiastic attitudeJoin a Team That Cares
