About the Role

This is a senior e-commerce position responsible for driving online trade performance and optimising the customer journey.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of product launches, merchandising, promotional campaigns, and site content updates to maximise conversion and revenue.

This role also involves owning the weekly trade calendar, supporting UX and CRO enhancements, and implementing localised merchandising strategies to align with regional buying behaviours and seasonal shifts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Executing weekly updates across homepage, PLPs, navigation, and content blocks aligned to product launches and promotional activity
    • Briefing and QA regional website creative assets (banners, content modules)
    • Collating and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade performance reports utilising GA4, Shopify Analytics and ERP data

You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure integrated execution of site activity.
