Job Opportunity: E-commerce Department Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Department Manager to lead our online department.

The E-commerce Department plays a vital role in ensuring that online orders are selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect/concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.

As E-commerce Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
  • Taking a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering needs
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
  • Being customer-obsessed and continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers
  • Driving a one-team culture that recognizes and celebrates success
