Executive Chef - Bracken House

Bracken House Aged Care Facility is seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting nutritious meals that meet the dietary and cultural needs of aged care residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Special Dietary needs
  • Experience in aged care desirable
