Lead Clinical Care in a Well-Supported Aged Care Facility

Job Summary:

As a skilled and experienced clinical manager, you will oversee the delivery of person-centred care to residents at our small, 60–70 bed residential aged care facility in regional NSW.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a committed team of RNs, PCAs, and support staff
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the facility's strategic plan and business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Strong clinical leadership experience in a residential aged care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
