We provide fully integrated environmental, social, and heritage assessment and management services, including concept and feasibility, technical assessment, consultation, approvals, delivery, operation, and decommissioning.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of heritage projects, overseeing project teams, planning and delivery of fieldwork, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring that project goals are met.
  • Engage with clients to understand their project requirements, provide expert advice on heritage and archaeological matters, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders relevant to the role, presenting technical findings and relaying information to non-technical persons, including clients and community.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, helping to develop their skills and expertise in heritage and archaeological management and consultancy.
Requirements
  • A degree in Cultural Heritage Management, Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience for the principal role and 5+ years for the Senior role.
  • Preferably experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant State and Commonwealth heritage legislation and associated regulations and guidelines, with experience in NSW highly regarded.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience, including project management and team coordination.
  • Interest and experience with client relationship management.
