Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and administering head contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate cost control systems, including project budgeting, forecasting, and managing payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Preparing, tracking, and valuing variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and progress claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and agreed upon.
  • Identifying and assessing potential commercial and contractual risks, providing guidance and support to the project team on mitigation strategies.
  • Liaising effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and audit-ready records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and registers.
  • Ensuring all contractual documents and project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
